The bank transfer fee is US $20.00 for each transaction.
Any cancellations must be made in writing to the WUWM Secretariat. A full refund of the registration fees less an administration fee of USD100.00 shall be paid on cancellations prior to 20 March, 2008. No refunds will be paid on cancellations notified AFTER 20 March, 2008, except under exceptional circumstances and then only if a request is made in writing to the WUWM Secretary General. Substitute delegates will be accepted at no additional charge.
