Registration Fees
WUWM conferences are open to all interested professionals. Any person wishing to participate in the technical programme (e.g. conference sessions, market tours, etc) must register as a delegate.
Accompanying persons (partners) are normally spouses who may wish to participate with delegates in the conference social functions and/or in any touristic programme that may be offered. Partners may not participate in the conference sessions or market tours.
Delegates may not be registered as a partner. A partner may not register without an accompanying delegate.

Full prepayment (including all bank transfer fees) is required in order to confirm your registration. Participants with outstanding bank fees will be asked to make payment in cash when registering at the event.

Don’t forget to cover your own bank transfer fee or this will be charged in person at the event.
A specific registration number will be granted to each delegate or partner as the confirmation of registration after full payment settled.
Please inform (by checking the box in the registration form) if you require an invoice.
Cancellation Policy
Prior to 20 February 2012 the cancellation fee applied will amount to 50% of the paid registration. There will be no reimbursement for cancellations made after this date although delegate substitutions will be possible without cost. Exceptions will be made for registration cancellations due to the failure to receive a visa on written confirmation of the visa denial from the Embassy. (Please know that visa invitation letters will not be issued without the delegate first making their registration and payment).
